The Member Representing Ikwo/Ezza South Federal Constituency and Chairman, House Committee on Reformatory Institutions, Rt. Hon. (Comrade) Chinedu Ogah, OON, has commended the Executive Governor of Ebonyi State, His Excellency, Rt. Hon.
