The Board Member, representing Ebonyi North zone, in Ebonyi State Health Insurance Agency, EBSHIA, Hon. (Mrs.) Fidelis Nwifuru has described Governor Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru as a man sent by God to move Ebonyi State to the next level, in terms of infrastructural development, human capital development and the establishment of peace and unity, across different parts of the State.
Mrs. Fidelis who appreciated the Governor for her appointment into the Board of EBSHIA expressed determination to escalate the activities of the Agency, to every nooks and crannies of her zone.
She explained that her administration would work closely with the State Government and all the Local Government Chairmen within her zone, to tackle the challenges faced by the Agency and ensure better healthcare and insurance for the people of her zone.
The member who is also an English Lecturer at Ikwo College of Education, stated the need for government appointees to give their best in the service of God and humanity.
She called on the people of her zone and the members of EBSHIA to expect the best from her tenure as no stone will be left unturned until the aims and objectives of EBSHIA are fulfilled in Ebonyi North zone.
“First of all, I am grateful to God for this appointment and I promise to give it my best shot. I want to also thank the Governor and his lovely wife for finding me worthy to take up the position of a member of the Board of EBSHIA. I also thank my dear husband for always being supportive of my aspiration in life.
“The zone is going to experience a beehive of EBSHIA activities by God’s Special Grace. Our Governor is doing his best and we too need to give our best, in order to change the old narrative of Ebonyi State. This will be possible as we all contribute our quota in the direction of progress for Ebonyi State.
“For Governor Nwifuru and his dear wife to succeed, all of us must put our hands on deck, towards the growth and development of the State. And this is what I am willing to do by the reason this my appointment.”
