The news was confirmed through a statement posted on his Instagram page, revealing that Oladips breathed his last at precisely 10:14 pm on Tuesday night.
The preceding evening saw videos circulating on social media, showing the Lalakukulala crooner appearing to have collapsed, surrounded by concerned friends.
Prior to the video’s circulation, Oladips had taken to his Instagram stories, reaching out for assistance. In the post, he specifically mentioned his friend @onlyonelifetime, expressing concern about not being able to reach them despite multiple attempts. The rapper conveyed his discomfort about being alone in the house, especially given his condition.
The statement highlighted that Oladips had grappled with his “battles within himself” for over two years.
