The Federal Lawmaker representing Ikwo/Ezza South Constituency in Ebonyi State and Chairman of the House Committee on Reformatory Institutions, Rt. Hon. (Comrade) Chinedu Ogah, has joined other well-meaning Ebonyians in congratulating the former Deputy Governor of the state, Barr. Kelechi Igwe, on his 53rd birthday.
