The Member Representing Ikwo/Ezza South Federal Constituency and Chairman, House Committee on Reformatory Institutions, Rt. Hon. (Comrade) Chinedu Ogah, OON, has expressed his admiration and gratitude towards the Ebonyi State Governor, Rt.Hon. Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru, for awarding oversea scholarships to over 200 Ebonyians and more than 500 students to Nigerian universities.
Hon. Ogah emphasized that Governor Nwifuru’s investment in the academic pursuits of Ebonyi students underscores his commitment to the advancement of education and the development of human capital within the state.
He further encouraged scholarship beneficiaries to remember their roots, appreciate the support they have received, and make the most of this opportunity as they pursue their academic goals.
In addition, Hon. Ogah commended Her Excellency Chief (Mrs.) Mary-Maudlene Uzoamaka Nwifuru, the wife of the governor, for her steadfast encouragement and support to the governor’s endeavours. He also extended his appreciation to the state executive members and all those who have shown unwavering support for the Ebonyi State Government and its administration.
