Commends the Judiciary for upholding Justice

Member Federal House of Representatives of Ikwo/ Ezza-South Federal Constituency, Rt. Hon. Chinedu Ogah (OON) has congratulated Rt. Hon. Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru and His Deputy Hon. Mrs Patricia Obila on their Supreme Court victory as duly elected governor and deputy governor of Ebonyi State respectively.
In a statement on Friday in Abakaliki, Ogah lauds the apex court’s verdict, stating that it has put an end to opposition doubts and distractions, while calling for unity irrespective of party affiliation to support Gov. Nwifuru’s administration for socio-economic development.
His message reads, “I, Rt. Hon. Comrade Chinedu Ogah (OON) Member representing Ikwo/Ezza South Federal Constituency and the Chairman House Committee on Reformatory Institutions, most warmly congratulates God-sent Governor of Ebonyi State, His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Bldr. Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru (FNIOB, FCAI, GGCEHF) and His Deputy Her Excellency Princess Patricia Obila on their resounding victory at the Supreme Court which upheld their election as the duly elected Governor and Deputy Governor of Ebonyi State on the March 18, 2023 Governorship poll;
Your Excellencies, the verdict of Supreme Court as the highest court in our Country for electoral litigations, serves as the top-most triumph in good coherence and reflections with the total Wills of the Ebonyians as expressed through their respective vote casting across every local government in Ebonyi.
“Therefore, this judgment further restored the confidence Nigerians repose in the institutions of the Judiciary and hopes for the sustenance of democracy in our country, Nigeria.”
“I therefore, commend the Supreme Court for its courage in upholding justice and reaffirming the saying that “the Judiciary is the last hope of the common man.
