‘The time to transform Nigeria is now’, Eni Uduma tells Tinubu

A Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, APC and prominent Stakeholder in Edda Local Government Area of Ebonyi State, Barr. (Dr.) Eni Uduma Chima has stated that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has at his disposal, sufficient human and material resources to cause a reversal of the Country’s fortunes.

Eni, who is a two term lawmaker and former Chairman of Edda Local Government Area of Ebonyi State urged the President to act now as time was of essence, in meeting the expectations of Nigerians.

Disclosing this in his October 1st Anniversary message, the House of Representatives candidate for Afikpo North/South Federal Constituency, Ebonyi State, on the platform of Labour Party, LP, in 2019 and All Progressives Congress, APC, in the 2023 general election, Dr. Eni Uduma Chima explained that the solution to the myriads of challenges facing Nigerians were not far-fetched as “there is a cooperative citizenry, hardworking, persistent, long suffering, resilient and patient.”

According to him, “The President has sufficient mental capacity, abundant human, material, natural and other resources and of course, the experience to engender an instant reversal of the country’s fortunes

“Our country Nigeria is obviously going through a trying moment. At 64 years, there is an ailing economy manifested by hyper-inflation, made worse by the high prices of petroleum products, which have negative multiplication effects in labyrinths of other economic activities. Security and welfare of the people are currently at all times low.

“Everyone feels unsecured, including members of the Armed Forces of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. There is plenty and yet hunger in the land, made possible by deep rooted corruption.

“Citizens that are highly optimistic, tolerant and always looking at the brighter side of life, one of the happiest peoples on planet Earth. This capital of immense goodwill from the masses can be exploited positively by the President of the country.

“The expectations of the Nigerian people are not less than this. The President must act now. Time is of essence.”
