Showbiz entrepreneurs Keke Ogungbe, D1 Adeneye and ID Ogungbe have been honoured at the 2024 edition of the BusyBee Excellence Awards with the theme African Royalty.
The event, which was held at The Monarch Event Centre, saw the PrimeTime Television trio being honoured for their outstanding and remarkable efforts towards advancing the African culture and entertainment industry in Nigeria.
Other honourees include Olori Sekinat Elegushi, Chief Mrs. Nike Davies-Okundaye of Nike Art Gallery and the Well Watered Garden Tribe community (WWGT).
The 2024 Gala cum Awards Night, summed up the annual three-day BusyBee Event Business Summit.
Speaking at the 2024 event, Convener, BusyBee Event Business Summit, Coach Bisi Sotunde said, “It has been an amazing year. It is a good thing to celebrate outstanding heroes in the industry. I will say kudos to the planning committee for a wonderful job.”
Speaking further, the Head of Corporate Sponsorship, 2024 BusyBee Event Business Summit, Adeola Sessii- Traore said; “It is African Royalty and everything is glamorous. From Nigeria to South Africa to Ghana and the United Kingdom, we are fully represented. The atmosphere is charged for fun and networking.”
The night was also crowned with the 40th birthday celebration of Sotunde, whose husband Q.S. Bolaji Sotunde serenaded with a surprise.
