The President-elect, Nigerian Youth Congress, NYC, Engr. Annum Jethro Terhile, MNSE, MNICE, has congratulated Mr. Seyi Tinubu as he clocks 40 years.
In a short message, the NYC President -elect commended Seyi Tinubu for his efforts geared towards the growth, development and empowerment of the Nigerian youth.
